…was on the menu tonight. No gi, just hitting some basic entries / sweeps / transitions.

I don’t play butterfly, it makes up about *zero* of my offense. But, both of my coaches are butterfly machines, so I get plenty of practice passing and basing out.

Generally if my feet are free enough to grab butterfly in the first place, I just wanna hop up and grab a front-headlock so I can snap-down the shit out of my guy, take the back, roll him, blah blah.

But one must be well-rounded.

Life is good I think.
